Kenai Fishing Academy Sample Dinner Menus

To give you an idea of the kinds of gourmet dinner meals you will enjoy while attending the Kenai Fishing Academy, see the sample dinners below. Each evening our chef will prepare one of these dinners served buffet style. While this sample menu lists six different dinners, KFA packages include dinners Monday-Thursday only. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know when you register. Our continental breakfasts and box lunches will also make your mouth water. Day students are responsible for their own lodging and meals.
